Parts were no longer an option. They worked with our current A/C unit instead of insisting we install a heat pump. Not only do they have a technical understanding of their field but they're just good people.  I marveled at how they work in such a calm manner but I understand this comes from experience, I can't nail together a dog house without getting mad.  No sales pitch but a great product at a great price and I wanted to pay more!.  They say get 3 quotes but my first quote was Thermo and I knew right away I needn't look further.
